CIGNAL PREPAID ePINS TOP-UP GUIDE
For easy loading, register your CIGNAL account to your mobile phone:
1. Text CIGNAL REG [CIGNAL Account #]. 2. No need to re-type your account # when loading. Just text CIGNAL [PIN]. 3. For both commands, send to 5353 for SMART and SUN subscribers. To load CIGNAL account not registered to your mobile phone:
1. Text CIGNAL [PIN] [CIGNAL account #] and send to 5353 for SMART and SUN subscribers. 2. You will receive a text message confirming your request. To inquire about load expiry:
1. Text CIGNAL EXP [CIGNAL account #] and send to 5353 for SMART and SUN subscribers. 2. You will receive a text message on the expiry date of your load. HOW TO FIND YOUR CIGNAL ACCOUNT NUMBER?
1. Gently pull out your SMART card from the set-top box and check the backside of the card. HOW DO I FIND OUT MY CIGNAL SMART CARD SERIAL NUMBER?
1. Gently pull out your SMART card from the CIGNAL box. 2. Flip card to locate the SMART card number on the backside of the card. The 12-digit SMART card number appears in this format: 0000 00XX XXXX 3. For SMART/TNT or SUN subscribers, text CIGNALSC. 4. Send message to 5353. 5.
